I can pick you up once you arrive to the local airport. Or local train station. I've given up flying so... I can't help you with the flight. Haven't sailed in ages. And it was a really, really, long time since I drove a train. Anyway. You travel to Stockholm and I will indeed pick you up. Although I haven't got a horse either so I have to figure something out.
