I think it is pretty obvious that we are down the Wargame (you know, the Eugen game) road. This would mean that at some point we will end up with their country roster (at least for Europe). Fair enough. Canada, Czechoslovakia, the Dutch, the Norwegians, probably the Danes. Now, I was wondering, if at some point we could see the two forgotten/overlooked countries regarding a war in central Europe, namely Austria and Hungary. The Hungarians would have ended up fighting the Italians anyway, and the Austrians (disclaimer: I am a member of that alpine species, so my interest might not be purely academic) were de facto CENTAGs right flank (much to the dismay of NATO planners). I know that the ÖBH (the Austrian Federal Army) was not exactly known for its powerful armored formations and the MN (the Hungarian People's Army) was a far cry from the A-list NSWP nations farther north (NVA, CSLA, LWP), but the terrible terrain that the Hungarians (and by extension the YuGV) had to deal with and the Austrian's intended operational doctrines (at least in the 78-94 timeframe) would make for very interesting scenarios; probably also necessitating additions to AB regarding obstacles, fortified positions and engineering.
