Hello,

in the screenshot I marked the numbers related to the HQ unit leader in the unit bar
(and popup window too) which puzzle me.Cant find anywhere in the manual what they exactly mean.
Can anyone help?

The first number (4.0) is the leaders aggregate rating, so an average of all his rating stats (admin, initiative, inf etc). The following numbers (7:9) show the number of wins (left, 7) and number of losses (right, 9).

Does the leader's win:loss ratio do anything to him? I know if the HQ has a good ratio (for the Soviets) it can get a Guards rating, but how about the leader?

Thanks for explanation.

However, in my case the calculation which averages the eight leader ratings doesn't sum up to me in this example
the screenshot below. The sum of GL Kotov's ratings is 28...so 28/8=3.5 , however it shows 4.0 in the
unit bar. So I guess there is more calculation involved?

Not all values are used. For land general that's political, air and naval I think.

@Dave25210: In this case only the following ratings matter: Morale, Initiative, Admin, Mech, Infantry. If you add them all up and divide them by 5 you will get 4.0. Naval, Air and Political ratings are not taken into account.
