I would join you but I've put a couple of beers in the fridge earlier and am now in the mood to polish them off.

I have an unopened pack of Chinese green tea called "Special Gunpowder" which I'm not prepared to open.

I'm actually wasting time this morning to delay getting down to doing some unpleasant admin and, for reasons too complicated to explain here, came across this odd bit about how wild boar are hunted:

"In Nepal, farmers and poachers eliminate boars by baiting balls of wheat flour containing explosives with kerosene oil, with the animals' chewing motions triggering the devices."

From: https://www.umiteasets.com/tea-leaves/green-tea-leaves.html

"Special Gunpowder"?? This may be a black tea, not green tea.

Sounds nice.

But since I am lazy I am going for a brew of hot tea.

Well the reason is quite simple; there are no cups chez warspite1 - we have mugs and they come in two sizes; large and very large.

She can bring me tea anytime but please make it boiling so it would at least be warm when I get a chance to drink it . . .

Right I need to attend to end of turn orders for one of my on-going games of MWIF. However, before I set my limited intellect toward this task, I will need to imbibe some hot, non-alcoholic beverage - and of course there is only one such that can satisfy at this time of the morning. TEA.

I would offer you peeps one, but the selfish panic buyers have made tea something of a sparse commodity at present. Sorry but you will have to get your own.

Miss Jones - kindly repair to the kitchen, I've a raging thirst that needs a quenching.

What?! Tea shortage? In England!?

The end of the world, as we know it, must surely be here soon.

Here there are no real shortages that I know of. My supermarket was well supplied last I visited. Only shortage I noticed was some canned goods. Lots of paper and lots of everything else I could think of. And so much fish that the fish retailers have gone out and encouraged people to buy extra amounts of fish.

And if there is a tea shortage here I am well stocked to last at least past Christmas before I need restocking. I like to have multiple sorts of tea depending on what mood I am in.

Phew - lent is OVER! After 40 days without a piece of chocolate, I'm ready to tuck in. But first I'll make a nice cup of tea to go with it. Anyone fancy a brew?

I want to go to hell. There were a couple of pretty redheads from there, maybe they have some younger relatives. There would be lovely blondes and brunettes there as well. But I would want to go in September for the music festival . . .

Zorch, a warning. I am going to post a picture of the beauty queen from Hell. It will show parts of her anatomy!

Yes at the moment the morons stockpiling food appear to have calmed down. It's not an exaggeration I think to say I would go through cold turkey if I couldn't have at least half a dozen mugs of tea a day....

Um...it says 'Miss Universe'. Is that the same as 'Miss Hell'?

PS. Please, no pictures of feet. Human feet that is. RJ feet in particular.
