There really, really needs to be a save option between battles.
Sometimes you can choose to attack or defend, or when to attack, also troop selection, all pinned when saving at the start of a round.
Not to mention again that enemy visibility bug, when you load that saved game.

What do i get when i Alt+F4 between rounds, don't just wanna try it myself, victories aren't free these days.
