Status: offline 		I believe that I got mine after about seven days after it was completed. When I drove by the front of my house, I checked my mailbox and observed as best I could, the doorstep. Not finding the MC I went into the house from the back and first thing checked the status of my delivery with UPS. Suddenly I saw yesterday's date and it said "delivered". I then thought that UPS usually conceals small packages real well, such that they aren't viewable from the street, opened the door and there it was under my welcome mat pushed to the side.

:D I haven't even checked the order status. I was always confident of eventual arrival. Recieved all items last week. All seems well. Now I want a bright red T-shirt with a PzKwV on it. Maybe sometime in the future....

Status: offline 		Trolz: Hey fellow Dallasite! I believe mine was shipped on the 18th if not before. The UPS major outlet is in Mesquite and yet it took so long. I got mine on the 26th, which claimed it would arrive on the 22nd. I didn't use two day delivery BTW, so mine being somewhat delayed isn't too bad.

Status: offline 		I stopped being "Processed" sometime last weekend, not sure exactly when, and moved into "Completed" status. I think it might have been late Friday night, but not certain. At any rate, USPO delivered the CD this morning (June 28, Michigan, USA) and now I will be installing and playing. Just wanted you to know, Matrix, that we are alive and well in Gaylord, despite a heat wave of high 80's and - gasp! - humidity of 55%. Getting the new SP is very, very welcome. Bing

Status: offline 		I'm sad. I'm on "partial complete" status. This means that only one T-shirt (out of 2 T-shirts and 2 games) is ready. I ordered at this time: <5/8/01 10:41:24 PM> Now, on the status page, it says that I ordered on <06/13/2001 09:58:21> :( I got an e-mail from Paul on 6/17 that my order should be shipped by last week. Well, I still do not have my game. I'm affraid that I will not get my t-shirts (because of the changed order date). I like SP:WaW. I appreciate all the eforts by MatrixGames guys. Everybody (Paul, Bill and the others) is wonderful and very knowledgeable on military matters. But MatrixGames should rethink their business strategy. The best product accounts to nil if there's not good customer care behind. I'm sad, because I was so excited with the possibility to pay MatrixGames all their eforts by purchasing their game. I have the original Steel Panthers and it provide wonderful playing time. I was also excited for this new, awesome release. I wanted to send a t-shirt and a game to a friend of mine, that has only a modem. Well, his birthday has arrived and gone. I'm sad.

Now I know what I'm going to be doing this next July, 4th. Just listen to my big speakers at full blast while I run the MegaCampaign! Panzer Rulen im Afrika!
