WarPlan looks absolutely fantastic, but so did War in the East and War in the West. However, for me, those two games were impenetrably complex, and I just couldn't get into them. The interface was majorly non-intuitive, and the level of detail was just overwhelming. I have been playing board wargames since the 70s, and PC wargames since they existed, so I'm no slouch. But, those two Grigsby games were just too much. How does WarPlan compare to the Grisby games, please? Is it more accessible? Thank you in advance for any help with comparisons, differences, etc.
