Canoerebel recently started a thread titled "Pulling for Lokasenna's Nats".

Master wordsmith Canoerebel will never convince me the effect of his wordsmithing was anything other than deliberate.

Being one who seems to always scan headlines and titles too quickly, I read that thread title as "Pulling Lokasenna's Nuts".

Oh, Dan, you've done it again!

P.S. I wouldn't pull Lokasenna's nuts (not that there's anything wrong with that....)

I'm not a Nats fan. The Nats are archenemies of the Braves. My fandom of the Braves might've been the Braves kiss of death.

I believe the reason that the gnats lost at home was it was too cold for them and they stopped buzzing. They should come around back in Houston.

I went to a lot of Braves games when I was at Georgia Tech back in the late 70's when the Braves couldn't win. Dale Murphy and Phil Niekro were the only 2 you could root for.
