Just a comment on the readability of text. I play in 4k and the font or its kerning is a little blocky/blurry.

Not a bug perse, but more quality of life

So it's not the resolution, but something else...

Does look a little better on yours, but even your "DOCTRINE" looks pretty blurry to me ?

I was thinking the same... I'm on a 3840x1600 monitor and Win10, and the text looked a little small to me, but also blurrier that it should be. It's definitely better with my glasses on, but wish I could make it a bit bigger.

BTW, I did disable the DirectWrite in Steam per the pop-up.

Even Dimitri's screen shot seems like the font used almost had a 'Shadow' option, particularly the headings in where there's an 'expansion' option (like 'Doctrine', as serjames pointed out).

Agreed. On a second 'sober' look at Dimitris' image; it's terrible. All the lettering has some weird shadowing or softening going on. It makes them look like they are jumbled far too close together.
