Video too small after Window 10 update

Video too small after Window 10 update - 11/27/2019 3:26:53 AM

Well windows 10 updated awhile back and now my game video is bad, the type is really weak and my in game icons are really small, the game starts differently too, used to hit shortcut went to black and then right to game, now it shows my desktop enlarged and goes to game, anybody help?

I use windowed mode resolution 1920 x 1080. Perhaps you could show us a screen shot of what you have.

In properties my target type says : application im sure it used to say Beta2? not sure how to change it back here is my code:
"C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -f -px1920 -py1080 -archive -deepColor -multiaudio -dd_sw -altFont

When you install beta patches it creates a new shortcut, or even worse over writes your current shortcut with a link pointing to the beta executable, which is located in a beta sub folder. The beta executable IS the one you want to use in order to get the benefits of the beta upgrade.

The best solution is to move or copy the beta executable to the main game folder over writing the original game executable and adjust the path in the short cut.

This is pretty much indecipherable. Please explain what is meant by


  • "game video"
  • "is bad"
  • "type"
  • "really weak"

Posting graphics and links is restricted until the OP has enough posts. It used to be a mere ten posts, but recently (perhaps with the Matrix server upgrades?) some users say it is a higher number like 25 or 50.
