When is it OK for the UK to invade Lebanon-Syria? Damascus is a VP hex after all.

Any house rule during beta?

So far as I can tell, it's fine from the moment France falls and I always do it right after that happens.

As it is now there is no need to DoW it.
Just have a Brit present in Damascus by the time France falls, and Brits keep it.

Hopefully it will get fixed soon!
