i have 2 new cyberpower PC whatevers with NVIDIA cards. CMO is a lot faster with the 10 or 15 scenarios i've played. i
put TACVIEW on my steam copy. no issues.

just wanted to thank everyone who had a hand in CMO. great job.

its the best game/simulation i've ever played/used on a computer.

actually its fairly amazing.

Thanks!

This is great to know. I am currently running CMO on a Gigabyte GB-BRi7-8550 puck computer. I7 with an integrated graphics with only 650MB of video memory. The game runs fairly well but map refresh and Tacview are stressing the computer.

I am getting an i9KS with an Nvidia 2080 w/ 11GB of memory and stripped (RAID 0) SSD drives. The game should purr on that platform.

I have to pile on and say that by far this is the best commercial game/simulator on the market. Big kudos to the development team.

I have a nothing-special i7-8770, 6-core, 3.2 GHz, with 32 GB RAM, a 256GB SSD (mainly windows and drivers), and a 2 TB normal HD, and a GTX 1070 GPU. Purrs like a kitten, even with lots of units in it.

The devs have truly done an excellent job. CMO is so smooth and I think it's slightly faster running and already it's better in all aspects than CMANO. The new features are great and I imagine this will be a great platform to continue to enhance the game in the coming years just as was done with CMANO.

I have even found a method to download maps very efficiently often with speeds sustained between 3-10 Mbit/s.

I feel very confident that after the first update (To take care of the most obvious bugs) this will feel as a much, much more complete and solid game than CMANO ever was (It already does, but it will be even more pronounced then). CMANO was already the only game I ever played anymore and I am absolutely sure CMO will assume that same roll.

I also think it's very good that the devs has included more tutorials and a voluminous manual so the learning curve isn't as steep as it was in CMANO so more people might buy the game and provide a larger free cash flow parts of which can be used to further enhance the game. Also, bullding a professional version will be great to bring on more military clients.

And the limits are practically endless as we sit on the edge of an explosion in cheap computing power and advancements in AI.
