Hey Zilch-do or die time tonight against the G-men, idnit? If y'all can't whip the G-men (with Eli no less!), you've got no justification to be in any discussion about the playoffs IMO.

Go Giants!

Not so fast!
If the Cowboys lose the rest of their games, and the Eagles lose all except the game that matters, then they tie for 1st at 6-10.
The Redskins could join the tie if they beat the Giants Week 16; if the Giants beat them then both finish at 5-11. Sadly, a 4 way tie at 6-10 is not possible (a sad commentary on the state of the NFC Least).

I'm going to miss Eli Manning. I love the look on his face when he's called for intentional grounding. Someone should make a YouTube video of every time he's done that.
Manning is 1-9 in his last 10 games vs the Eagles. It will take some doing for the Eagles to lose this one but I know they can play down to the Giants level.

You look at it as a Zorch UNP. I see it as yet another USS America slip up.

Actually, the Cowboys would win the 6-10 tiebreak over the Eagles. But can you imagine what Jerry Jones would say after a 6-10 season?

You mean a 6-10 playoff season?

Hey man-stranger things have happened. It was either 2017 or 2018 that the wildcard teams did really well in the playoffs, being nearly undefeated against favored opponents IIRC. That would be the ultimate comeback kid road to the Superbowl, wouldn't it?

Yes, it would be the ultimate comeback. And a team with talent like the Cowboys could do it.
Are they any closer to re-signing Prescott?

I think they're waiting until the off-season at this point. He's made a pretty solid case for himself with his very good performance this year.

There *might* be one fixture of the team that won't get re-signed next year. Can you guess who?

The Head Coach? Ya think?
Maybe Jerry will dispense with having a figurehead coach and put on the headset himself.

Doug Petersen is safe because there's a little known NFL bylaw that Super Bowl coaches can't be fired for 3 years.

CB, under Lend-Lease, you must immediately send BBfanboy 20 degrees F of warmth and 2 hours of sunshine. Failure to do so will cause Canada to...do whatever it is they do when it gets very dark and cold. Go ice fishing or curling I think.
