How can you determine where you can and can't land troops off a transport.

Transport can offload in all the land hexes around a level 5 or higher port on that turn

If port is less than level 5 then they offload in subsequent turn

are you saying that TR's can only land at PORTS? not land hex's?? if this is so, no wonder i cant land my units./lol

For non port landings use long range or regular amphibious units - cost more and takes longer than transports but can unload anywhere and long range can attack before landing.
