A.I.Strat Remove All Objectives
All Objectives do not disappear.

$ChangeTerritory of _events.txt
//USSR concludes Winter War
USSR-Finland border line do not change.

$GiveUnit of _events.txt
Please fix unit placement at the beginning of the turn.

#2 can't change border or Finland area will have Soviet partisans

#3 can't do that either due to how the game processes things. Set it one turn back so it appears at the end of the previous turn.
