Hi: When I create a user scenario and save it in CMO, it goes to my /scenario folder.
I can load it and see it there in game.

If I go through my file system however steamapps/common/CMO/scenario the file is not there.

I'm asking as I placed some of my cmano files in the CMO scenario folder and they don't show in game.
I read where you may need to update the database but CMO doesn't see my cmano files and file system doesn't see my CMO files
They are all .scen files

Thanks
Mark

Can you check your CMANO folder?

It's really odd that you can see them in the in start menu directory but not in Windows Explorer.

Yes, I have the CMANO save.scen files visible in both CMANO and in CMO using the file system.
Using the file system the scenario I saved to test in CMO does not show up.

When I go in CMO game I can see the scenario as well as the autosaves but none of the
CMANO files that I copied & pasted over are visible.
Its really strange.
I have CMANO uninstalled right now but the files are there.

I just started CMO and used "Create new scenario"
Then in game load.
No files there.
So I clicked browse this basically opens the file system.
Then the CMO files are visible but none of the CMANO ones are visible.
I tried clicking the file type scen files or save files, still nothing.
I'm not sure if CMO is being run as administrator - I'll check

SO I checked my properties to see that the proper permissions were in place and the security tab. All look ok. game is running as admin.
Guess its not the end of the world, would have been nice to have the older scenarios. It's just odd.
I could understand them not loading for some reason but to not appear is weird as they have the same file extension.
If others are not having an issue then might as well not spend too much more effort.

Hi,

If possible, can you show us screenshots of the folders where you save the scenario files, and of the files themselves?

Thanks in advance!

Figured it out.

My usual path for steam stuff is
E:\steamlibrary\steam apps\common\CMO\scenario

The game is saving to
E:\Prog 86\steam\Steam apps\common\CMO\Scenario

Not sure why both paths exist, but that was it

Glad you got that sorted, I've added a tech support ticket so we can try to improve this
