I have tried to start witpaetracker after rebooting. Change the window bat file to -Xms512m -Xms768m and finally to -Xms256m -Xmx768.
To save memory, I have used nomap.
I am running windows 10 with 8G installed RAM.
After many attempts, I still get the following message.

I have read this thread for clues as to how to solve the above puzzle but is clueless... Not sure if there are any fellow gamers that have hit the above error message?
ORIGINAL: floydg But the scenarios themselves are different.
that's the question. What is the difference is not clear
Floyd's point is that it's not a Tracker question. Likely a better place yo post and get more answers is in the main forum. Basically scenario 2 provides advantages to the Japan side compared with scenario 1.
Dumb question as Ive been away from the game for 8 years and am now getting back into it, does Tracker recognize changes made during setup of first move or will they reflect after the opening turn? Nice job on keeping tracker alive and progressing, kudos to your hard work..

It's looking for a SIGINT and operations file in the SAVE folder dated 12/7/1941 and it can't find one. You can manually load one from the archive folder or wherever you have it. If not, the Intel panel will be empty for that date.

I did that and still no intel at all for even for later days. Do I have to have the date of file as one name? Thanks
It looks for the files with no date in the filename and also files with the date in the filename (format as in the archive folder). The key is the date in the file itself.
You can manually load files if you want from the Turn menu.

Not completely sure what you mean. I copied archive files over to save folder. We had a sinc problem so I sent my pwexe file to my opponent. After turn one it shows bad turn.
That message could be coming up because the screen is either too big or too small to render the map. Can you try starting with the "nomap" option and see if that resolves it?
I get this message whenever I try to load up a save with the operations report, its Dec 8th right after the historical first turn. I tried an earlier suggestion in the thread about copying the pwsdll7.dll from Beta 2 into the tracker but it had no effect. I can send the operation.txt file if that helps.

A question about the info displayed under SUMMARY/PILOTS
I happen to be looking at Scenario 002 and it says....
Delayed Pilots = 832 (Delayed Group Need = 10665)
What exactly does this mean as my first reaction was i have 832 pilots coming on line but i need a massive 10,665! I'm pretty sure this can't be correct hence wondering exactly what Tracker is showing me?

Have you bothered to look at how many air groups are due to arrive in the future and how many pilots will be needed to fill them out fully?
Alfred
I assumed that's what the figure of 10665 is. To me its not clear what the "Delayed Pilots = 832" refers to (and over what period). As i said above it seems to imply there will be a massive Pilot shortage. I am just trying to establish exactly what each term refers to in order to better understand what information Tracker is presenting.

In the scenario files, and I think at least some places in the game, an arrival date is referred to as a 'delay'.
One way to look at pilots is in two pieces: pilots generated by the game, and named pilots specified in the scenario files. The named pilots are meant to represent historical figures (or even a player/designer putting in themselves or other whimsical characters), and so they have arrival dates - aka delays.

Thank you, that would explain why it looks odd. So it seems that piece of info from Tracker is not really of any use.
so after a Long week or 2 i finally got WitPTracker running and it is Amazing, anyways it loaded 1 st time now it acts like and says its going to run in 13/11 secs, then says memory issue, something like that. so im at a loss what it could be now. anyone?
