Just picked up the game. Long time player of WITP-AE, also by Grigsby and looked very similar.

Tried various compatibility modes under Window 10 but screen only displays top left hand of game view. I thought maybe the same switches I used on the executable for WITP-AE would work...no luck.

Any recommendations? Can I used executable switches on btr.exe for this game (assuming btr is the app file, help me if i'm off base here)? What are they (no joy when I tried / (or\) ? which usually displays any .exe switches available...).

Other compatibility combination recommendations you may be using under Win10?

Solved it. User error...had left my high screen resolution that works for WITP-AE in the switches. Saw reviews that noted this game only works in 1024x768. removed the resolutions, added the "-w" switch to force it into windowed mode, wahala...works.

Glad to hear it's working. You can play it full screen without loss of performance through dxwnd. It's explained on this forum and in the readme.
