This attack over a minor river should cost 7 mp's. Game is showing I can do attack with 6 mp's.

I am using the latest approved. not the latest beta.

Think it is working as intended.
From manual: "The extra MP cost of attacking across a river is equal to 2/3 of the MP cost (truncated) for moving across a river (based on ice
levels) into an EZOC"

So in this case the base attack cost is 5MP (as a non-mot. type 2 unit) + 1,333MP (for minor river crossing), which gets truncated to 1MP - adding up to 6MP total.
