Is anyone else experiencing significant time lag with Broken Shield 300? I've never had a problem with any other CMO scenario even with many more contacts and things happening. Broken Shield will cook along for a minute or two, then slow down to about 1.5x. This is at the beginning of the scenario when there's not much going on. Is there just a lot more than usual going on under the hood? Or is it a potential problem? I have a pretty robust system. I noticed in Kushan's video, this is a non-issue, so I'm baffled.

That doesn't sound right. While it has quite some AUs and lots of LUA running in the background, it should be running just fine on max speed. When are you experiencing this significant slowdown?

It's pretty much constant, but is especially prevalent after I click on an airfield. That slows it down to a crawl, perhaps because the airfields can have 100 or so components? I assume if no one has the same problem, it must be something about my system, but I don't have the problem with any other scenario.

The airbases are quite large indeed, but the Israelis just have few airbases housing lots of airframes.
That however was never causing slowdowns problems on my PC and no one from the testers that played the scenario before the release mentioned such problems. So if others don't have that particular problem it might indeed be something with your system. What are your specs? Also do you run Tacview in parallel?

I'm running Windows 10 on a Intel i7-6700; 3.4 GHz with 16GB RAM. I own TacView, but I don't run it. Thanks for your responses. I guess I'll just have to enjoy your scenario slowly. Really enjoying it so far, despite the lag issue.

Can you look at task master or some other monitoring app and see what the %CPU utilization is?

Yeah, thanks. I did that and it seemed pretty reasonable. Like 45-50%.
