I am defending and AI put lots of motor units in the swamp, took em 25 minutes or something to even get out

Would be better if they�d avoid swamp when spawning their units.

In this case they seemed to have to choose between swamp and forest. I don't know where the rest of their units were, but that doesn't look like a good place for a mechanized force to start with?

Tbh anywhere is better than in the middle of a swamp, they had plenty of room to spawn near roads I�d say.

But yeah maybe the place is too small for them to spawn, I had hoped they�d "work around it" instead of plopping them into the swamp.

Like I said I don't know where the rest of their units are, but swamp is still open terrain, unlike forest, so in that sense it can be better for a mechanized force.

The east side of the map doesn't have any roads leading to the objectives. The west side has nice open fields, paved roads, and low ground. Perhaps a part of the AI force was there?
