After reinstall CMANO I got an issue. When game starts several error messages are showed ("OnThreadExeption", "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."). Than start menu is showed, but there is no globe. When I trying to load any scenario new message appears "A problem occurred while loading the selected scenario. Please select another scenario to load."

I attached Log\ExceptionLog.txt file.

base version - 1.15.2
updated version - 1.15.6

I have installed MS Office 16. CMANO tried to open \GIS\SeaIce\Arctic\nic_autoc2012270n_pl_a.dbf using command string "Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0". I uninstalled MS Office. After that CMANO tried to open file using "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0". Result was same. I uninstalled Windows Updates was installed before issue occurred. These are KB453432, KB4532693, KB4524244. No result. I uninstalled Access Database Engine x86. After that I got issue "'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine". I installed Database Engine back. Previous error "Unexpected error from external database driver (10018)" returned.
I have no other ideas for solve issue like an administrator. The only way - to use WinDbg for understand - what exactly happens in these mysterious DB providers.
