Status: offline 		In my recent game, maybe I found a bug.
We are in early 1942. US and GB transport PP for USSR, but soviets lost are they MM due sub attacks. Now then are on -10, even, if US, and GB transports are sunk. US/GB MM numbers don't drop, remains the same, only soviets lose.
