I have a lot of oil in my stockpile so it couldn´t be that and I don´t find any information in the manual about it.

Blue triangle is support mode (will perform missions during enemy turn if required).

It also means they will fly when you attack. Sometimes you don't want that so it's good to make the planes Mission Only until you are done. The triangle is a good way to know at a glance.

It should also be said that on a land unit it means it will try not to retreat.
