So from the sound of it, the game will probably not be out this summer at all. It sounds like there are several major pieces missing (the post about naval?, the AI, PBEM, and some other small issues).

If any Beta Testers read this, can you give us an idea of how much time you think that we are personally looking at, given how much you know the game has in it now? Do you think that Matrix will have to postpone the release of this game, or maybe even abandon the project altogether. I am not trying to make any negative comments here, I know EiA is a big project to tackle, maybe a little too big?

Ryta,

First of all, all beta testers are contractually bound not to reveal anything concerning the EiA product (game status, release date, etc.).
Second, we are allowed to give praise to the game :D. So, I can say that the development and testing is going very well and the product certainly has the potential to become a big hit.

Jeroen.

Well, I already gave my guestimate in the other thread...

I'll just add that no, I do not believe MG would abandon the project. Give this one to Hasbro, and ya, it would be possible they'd dump it, or just give you a really buggy version.
