I am new to TOAW IV but I have played the previous 3 versions.

What is the better scenario for PBEM++ play?

D21 or RGW41-45?

To be honest I am not certain either is even playable via PBEM++.

Status: offline 		It's my understanding that D21 has been tuned for PO play and would be off balance if played PBEM.
