Given the size of that refrigerator, I am not surprised.

Just saw this thread and needed to ask a question: Is this the right place to debate the merits of abortion, single-payer systems of healthcare vs. public insurance policies and the like?

Pretty much my entire office binge-watched Tiger King this past week. Talk about a break from reality.

I tried a joke yesterday in another thread to which I was informed that you CANNOT make jokes about California.

But I CAN make jokes about my brother which involves California. He's two years gone and I miss talking with him. It's a very short story with a joke in it.

Rick used to rant and rave about all the retards in California and Utah. They were never ending target of his ire at the world. Any day around him and you would hear at least one comment about those two states.

Several years ago I finally reminded him that of all members of the family, he was the only one born in California and therefore a natural born Californian. To which he would growl "Yeah, but I didn't have a say in that matter".

Then he goes and dies in Utah.

He truly thought he was an Idaho lad.

That is the greatest documentary I've ever seen.

It's nothing personal for anyone, even those from California or Utah, except for my brother and I.

If you want to create a little humor in this world, it should not be limited to only those things that a person finds humorous to their selves. An average gal might look at your first joke and be offended by it. Jokes are meant to be jokes. Simply that. Everyone finds different things humorous.

I thought mine to be more ironic that humor.

It's nothing personal to anyone here either, but we have a lot of jokes about people from OK/KS.

I'd say that's common anywhere.

I'd also say the best form of humor is self deprecation. You have to be able to not take yourself so serious

Yes! Three poor dumbsh*its!

Well, I give a pass to the first.

I have 6 cats and 7 corvettes to keep me happy.

But even 6 cats and 7 corvettes can be a pain in the posterior.

Just can't win. Cats want to go in and out constantly. Corvettes want new brake cylinders and windows sealed into their guides, and always new batteries because I don't play with each one of them enough.

Third floor men's bathroom in highschool didn't have dividers in the front - you could walk in and see everyone's business.

You know the honeymoon is over when you can fart in bed. You can also call that central heating.
