Hi guys,

Shadow Empire is an amazingly good game and will be a hit with anyone that enjoys Matrix or Slitherine games.

This first series is played on a small rocky planetoid (small dimension with open plains for rapid movement) so it shouldn�t take too many turns to play out. I made the series with casual gamers in mind so I try not to get too bogged down in the detail until there is a need to show the game mechanics. I'm still learning the game so are making a lot of mistakes - but having a great time making them. :)

I would play this quite differently now that I'm more familiar with the game. I didn't establish my economy before I became aggressive and that is a mistake.

Thanks for the video! I'm definitely enjoying the view of this game from the backseat! So far between Tortuga's video and yours, I know that this will be an insta-buy!

I've been having a great time making the series. I've also started recording a series on Twitch (DasTactic on Twitch) using an earth-like planet and letting the the chat make the city management decisions. That was a lot of fun. :)

I'm caught up on the published videos. I'm interested in seeing how creating a new infantry model gets applied into the actual infantry units.

So far looking great!

There are two ways. You can either force the upgrade unit by unit. Or the easy way is to just load your SHQ with new troops and these will replace the soldiers on the front who get killed.
