In a recent patch, listed among the changes was that Naval units were no longer going to be lift fog of war on land hexes. Unfortunately, in my current game, my opponent is doing exactly that. He is using a submarine to spot air units on land hexes and then attacking them with carrier aircraft.

I purposely left my aircraft in coastal hexes because they were now supposed to be safe from this sort of business, but the fix does not seem to be working, much to my sorrow.

My opponent has confirmed that he is able to reveal units on land hexes with his submarine.

Thanks for the report Markiss and we noticed that as well and made a fix that is available in the v1.17.02 hotfix.
