I am slaving away at new AI scripts. Sometimes I just don't get it.
Take this:

The British Unit has received transport orders. Norway has surrendered. I want it to embark at Trondheim and sail to Scotland. But the unit will simply not move. Why???

If they are out of supply and have no friendly port then they won't move.
