Playing as Allies, on April, 26 1941, I'm surprised to see Yugoslavia 100% Axis controlled without having fought any combat.
I'm almost sure It was not by diplomacy, so that how is it possible? Anyone has the answer?

Just a shot in the dark, but the Allies are offered a choice to pay for an Allied coup in Yugoslavia, or watch them join the Axis. Did you inadvertently choose "no"?

And I think this topic needs to be moved.

Sorry, I dunno how to move it. Anyway I did not see any event, but it could have been my mistake. Usually I'm always aware to the incoming events.
The only thing I can suppose is that I had a bad CTD while I was pushing the end of turn button in one of the previous turns.

I think the Allies must have said no to supporting the coup in Yugoslavia.

Here's the text from the Strategy Guide:

DE 104 - UK: Support A Pro-Allied Coup In Yugoslavia?
Event fires: On the 3rd March 1941 when London is in Allied hands, France has
surrendered, both Germany and Italy are Axis and not surrendered, and Yugoslavia is
aligned with the Axis but not fully mobilized.

Cost of accepting: 60 MPPs at 30 MPPs a turn for 2 turns.

Yes: Yugoslavia joins the Allies and receives a half strength HQ. Greece will swing
30-40% towards the Allies. Germany loses 1,000 National Morale points, and will
only recoup them when Yugoslavia surrenders.

No: Yugoslavia signs the Tripartite Pact and joins the Axis and Germany gains 1,000
National Morale points.

So, there is value in answering 'Yes'. Going by what you have said here Bill, Germany will be NM neutral if the Allies respond Yes and they will gain 1000 NM if they respond Nos. German units will gain some experience from destroying the defenders but will also effectively lose some MPPs as the Yugoslav resources are delayed and damaged. The British lose 60 MPPs with Yes. Am I reading this right?

Effectively yes.
