Narvik was invaded by the UK.
The Axis stationed Bombers (full spport, naval interdiction), U-boats and surface ships in the surrounding.
They never interdicted anything.

Whereas Tobruk is interdicted everytime, despite my fighters in Tobruk.

Why no disruption of supplies to Narvik? What I am doing wrong?

Alas the Turn Report does not show this information. And I think this must be corrected Alvaro.

You should find something in Combat Logs -> Last. Please check if this is here. Otherwise there is an additional bug.

It worked now.

But now, as both (fleet and u-boat) are on raider now, I do not now, who did it.

An added info in the report would be fine.

And I have never been a fan of the 40 or 60 numbers.
Why not depending on supply needs of the supplied land units and then mabe a percentage based on CAP, interdiction, weather, … ?

I dislike these harcoded values, me too. I have already highlighted this here:

Could you do me a favor by posting a screenshot showing what you are doing here? I cannot get an air mission to intercept any type of fleet. They seem to be blind.

I had the Feeling, that the Bombers were not doing something for quite a while.

With these statistics, it worked, obviously:

Yes but without the u-boats, only with your air unit, does it work?

Without the u-boat in the vicinity, nothing happens.
But Narvik has still the marking (orange), without any attack or interdiction.

Supply raiding is dependent on how close you are to the port as the raider. If you are 4 hexes away you have a much less chance to intercept the supply.

Park the German ships right outside the port and the supply will drop more.

Yes it is a section I forgot to add to the manual and will do it this week

Thanks Álvaro.
But what about the interdiction by plane?
Tobruk is being interdicted with huge acess, even if I do not know, who exactly is doing it.
Narvik by far less. What can be the reason for the bomber to fail?

Well they parked 30-60 subs outside Tobruk.

They killl half the supply. There is still 40 supply for the corps. Doesn't seem unreasonable.

So ships/subs have to be in 'Raider' mode to interdict supply? Fleet mode does nothing for interdicting supply?

Fleet mode also allow you to do some supply interdiction. But, you are more exposed than with Raider mode (tested in the latest beta patch).
