Hello,

The ROE for land cannot be changed, for units, sides, or groups:

Even going into the editor and 'ticking the box', saving, and reloading the save has no effect. This affects new scenarios and old saves too, made before the update to 1.15.7.

Not sure of the status of this in CMANO. CMO was updated for this original issue from CMANO.
