Looking to start another 41-45 sever game as the Axis, rules will be better CV, random weather, standard blizzard and +1 Soviet attack bonus.

You are clearly mistaken, I was not playing you a month or so ago and the only communication between us has been around your recent postings; and before that back in 2017.
All I can suggest is that you look on your computer for some evidence of the game you think we are playing.
