Italy, December 12th 1939: new airfield finishes production, but unable to deploy due to "no valid location". For an airfield? Never had this issue in previous versions. Change or bug? Thanks!

Working just fine for me in 1.00.07. Did you hit the deploy button?

Yes, I hit deploy every turn since its production. The game finally let me deploy the airfield in August 1940, after Italy met the war conditions.
