After hitting SUBMIT, my order just sits there on PROCESSING.

Should it take more than a minute?

update-

SOLVED!

In my case, using Firefox instead of Google, did the trick.

Solution was given by Matrix Support team; Thanks!

It may take awhile. Mine took probably 2 minutes.

In my case it is even 10 minutes. I have tried a few times with no success.

Any luck with your order willgamer and Strategiusz? There's always a delay with my bank posting purchases so I won't know if mine actually processed for a day or two.

Same here. ~10 minutes so far and still "PROCESSING". This is the first time I use this particular payment method though, so I'm not sure if it's my fault or not.

In my case the trick did Chromium instead of Firefox.

I have not ordered from Matrix in years since Steam. And this is not working. M-Fer. Why is this happening! F! I give up. I will wait for it to come on Steam.., god damn-it.
