Status: offline 		I have industrial points. I want dirt roads.

I left click on my main city. I right click the square away from it to build one road on one hex.

I tells me the cost in the bottom left.

Left or right clicking does nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Status: offline 		Make sure you're building from your SHQ outwards. That means that you need to be connected to a road network already connected to the SHQ. You can't build from the outside in, so to speak.

Status: offline 		Its probably an AP Penalty on the Hex. Or in other words a Hex you conquered this turn. A Hex has to have been in your control at start of turn in order to build a road on it.

Will provide a text actually telling you this in the upcoming patch later today.
