We are playing Europe 1939 scenario.
The Allies declared war on Norway and Portugal (in different turns).
According to the scenario notes:
a)Following the Allied declaration of war on Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden status shifts 15% in favour of the Axis.
b)Following the Allied declaration of war on Portugal, Spain's status shifts 30% in favour of the Axis.
But it never happened.
I think there is something mising in the _events.txt file.

My bad I wrote the script wrong

spain should be the target country not the action country in the script. I'll fix it for the update and check all other $ChangeEntry scripts

//Norway if attacked by Allies - Spain +15 Axis
$ChangeEntry
if_Date=1/1/1939

if_Alliance=Axis
//major power that it aligns to

//country that is affected by the shift

Is there any real effect from these shifts? Does it hurt the Allies or benefit the Axis in any tangible way for the Allies to run around the world invading countries other than the cost of some transports?

I do plan to add more adjustments and potentially create a series of events that could change some countries without diplomacy to give players options. But right now I am focused on the Pacific and improving the A.I. internally.

Regardless if diplomacy is turned on or off. In the case of an Allied declaration of war on Norway Germany gets an army corps further more a succesfull sealion Operation activates Spain as an Axis Minor Ally. These events make a difference in the game.
