Status: offline 		Using 1.03 beta 2

Been increasing soldier salary by calling the secretary every turn since it keeps resetting to zero and when I set it and confirm there is no message saying soldier moral increasing from it.

Updated to beta 3 and checking treasury report and shows no pay increase no matter how many times I try to increase it or turns I let go by.

Does it only add a moral bonus and not actually change the salary? So more like a one time bonus check to the soldiers?
Let me know if you need saved game file sent.

Status: offline 		3rd pic is called secretary to confirm no pay increase. Workers are also paid in millicredits and when I check on their pay in the treasury report it shows their pay in millicredits.

Will look at this first thing tomorrow.
