That is actually impossible, as I did not reinforce in the BoB you will not be able to initiate there.

CW initiates in the Italian Coast, flipping CA Manchester.
Italy does not commit subs.
Allies rolls 3
Axis rolls 8
CW choses to fight only the 1-box.
CW has 8 surprisepoints.
CW choses to not make it a Naval Air combat.

Initial Italian risk is X D A
Initial CW risk D

CW uses the 8 points to raise Italian risk to 2X D 2A

How does Italy wish to distribute the risk?

Naval combat continued:

The Italian fleet in the Italian Coast aborts to La Spezia.

CW initiates in the Eastern Med. CA Australia is flipped.
Italy commits their SUBs as there are CPs to be destroyed.
Allies rolls a 7.
Axis rolls a 1.

0-box - 2 CP + TRS
3-box - a lot of ships including CVs
4-box - a french CA and a CW BB

Which boxes does Italy want to include? Do they want a SUB-combat or surfacecombat? Do they want to stick around for another round or do they want to abort? Where to?

Italy fights only against the 0-box.
Italy has 9 surprisepoints.
It will be a surfacecombat.
Italy uses their surprise to raise the CW risk to 2X.

Both Italy and CW stays.
Italy does not commit subs as convoys are gone.

Italy has to chose to fight the 3 or 4-box. Only the 3-box has a CV with CVP.
Does Italy stick around after this round?
