I discovered University and Solar Energy, but i can also Research Industrial Robotization?
This is no where found in the tech tree but i see it in the manual?
what is going on?

i think it was due to a research pact with a minor regime

If you are not running the beta, I think the old "Ancient Archive" could give you a random tech? But I was sure it gave that tech fully researched.
What is the game version, and what vesion was the savegame created in?
