As per the title, 1.03 beta 9. Not sure when I started the game, anywhere from b7-9. And it's the draft workers card - that goes up to a max of 10%. I get that low loyalty would affect the roll, but to the point of a draft of literally 100 out of a population of, sorry, 89,000 as it turns out when the theoretical maximum is 10%? Even 1% of that would yield nearly 900 workers. Is the effect of loyalty THAT strong, even with a good skill roll? After all, that isn't actually a requirement as far as I can tell - it just denotes the maximum possible, with what I would have assumed are decreasing returns with lower skill rolls and loyalty. Also I feel like if you didn't draft anyone the text probably shouldn't say that you drafted 000 workers. Just loaded an autosave to do some testing at the start of the turn. Starting population 101,900, 900 workers, loyalty 2. Three draft worker cards. 1st roll: 42, drafted 000, decreased happiness and loyalty by 10% (down to 1, presumably) 2nd roll: 125, drafted 100 3rd roll: 128, drafted 000
