When a new faction appears in my regime (a cult, a crime syndicate, a new political party...), I think I should receive some kind of message at the start of the turn. As it is now, I can only see information about all factions in my Reports tab, but I think the game should announce the creation of a new faction with some kind of big prominent notification, possibly at the start of the turn.

Same thing when a regime disappears from the map (for example, when I annihilate a minor during a war). As it is now, the regime simply vanishes from the game... There should be some kind of fanfare celebrating the player's victory! Also, I've already been in a situation where I had won a war and I didn't even realize it...
