I have had a broken leader and a good order leader in the same hex (a -1 leader in ASL terms). The text seems to indicate that he tried to self-rally. Why did the game not use the good order leader to rally the broken one? Thanks.

Status: offline 		Might be that the Good Order Leader was of poorer quality than the broken one. If so he wont assist in rallying.

Status: offline 		It seems the Leader modifier is not used with self-rally capable units.
I've suspected that for quite a while but don't know for sure.
