Status: offline 		So is there anyway to peacefully annex a minor other than guaranteeing them and hoping that they get attacked? Cause I haven't encountered it if so and that is kinda irritating to me cause there definitely is historical precedent for client states to be absorbed into their overlord.

Status: offline 		Meritocracy-40 faction card will allow you to boost relationship with a minor. Quite rare card :)

Status: offline 		Yes, the Beta has the "Integration" and "Annexation" card. One will causea war if they reject.

As usual, cards need a new savegame to take effect.
