Hey Folks � this is kind of weird but I am no longer able to start a new game in Pre-warp � I've only tried Humans.

I have been playing as Pirates and have tried many different MODS.

Now I change theme to (default) and have restarted my computer system.
I just can't get a pre-warp new game going ... any ideas?

(RESOLVED)
I was not paying attention to the 4th screen in New Game setup ... it also has tech level specification.
