Hello,

This isn't a major issue, but may be worth changing:

If I tick "Create new zone" when building a new asset on a tile, begin construction, then within the same turn think better of it and cancel the construction to try switch the initial building of the new zone, it doesn't allow "create new zone" to be ticked as it's "within two hexes of a city".

The zone / zone border never came into existence on the map, and the asset was never completed - only planned.
I thought it would be better if this could be changed within the turn.
