My SHQ have trouble sending replacements (I see that it only sent 7% of then in my Urgent Issue reports).

When checking the supply consumption tab of this SHQ, I can see that it has only sent 1 of 14 requested replacements.

I know this is a logistic issue (I will solve this). But I would like to know which units requested all those replacements. Can I have a report of replacements requested per unit ?

I also have a feeling that some of those requested replacement come from militia and that I cannot do anything about it since I have to wait for natural militia recrutement. Is this true ?

Try setting the SHQ logistic preferences to favor units. Have the SHQ selected and use the Unit admin button, top tab in left pane.

You can look under the STATS tab, then Logistical Statistics, then at the bottom of the list in the Replacements Logs section the entry Replacements Requested. (Thanks for asking, I never had the idea to look for it before and it's quite useful.)

You are correct about replacements for militia units. Provided Militancy is strong enough in the zone of origin, replacements for militia units will pop up occasionally, but that isn't under your direct control.
It can happen those replacements take a looong time to be produced, if ever, and thus your SHQ's stats will indicate it couldn't send replacements, but there isn't much you can do about it.

Check if you have appropriate model in replacement pool. Look at my example. I was wondering why replacement are not coming to units sitting at 5.000 logistic points rail. Thing was I had obsolete Rifleman model in replacement pool at SHQ but my units were demanded newer model - Rifleman II.

Rules:
- the Model can not be obsolete. Obsolete sets it to "Disallow" for all units
- there must be enough logistics to the units. As replacement is the last thing, this is a good indicated you got a issue with Supply.
- The counter includes Militia Units. Including Militia Subunits that have not yet been produced by the zones. The SHQ Replacement troop screen tells you what your Regular units want/what of those you fullfill. Ignore the rest at being Militia requests.
