[1.04b8] OHQ disappearing

Status: offline 		I had one of my OHQ disappearing during enemy turn (OHQ of 1st Light Infantry Brigade).
It was not directly attacked.
It is possible the leader was killed when one of his Infantry battalion was destroyed(it was 5 tiles away). The unit supply level was also less than 100%. There seems to be no way to rebuild it, even 2 turns after and no log/report of the HQ disappearing (but maybe I missed it).
The OHQ leader is also missing from the leader tab afterwards.
The game was started under 1.04b6 and updated to 1.04b7 then 1.04b8.

Status: offline 		In the "raise formation" there is a tab to reconstruct missing OHQ's. It is listed there to be rebuild?

After its disappearance, my OHQ cannot be rebuilt from the missing HQ tab.
Maybe there is a delay?
I stopped playing after 2 turns after HQ disappearance.
I can try passing a few more turns.
The Brigade is not listed in the OOB anymore afterwards, but the individual Batallions are (and they all depend from the SHQ now, but cannot be reattached to any other HQ).
Here is the OOB before the end of turn (it is very low in supply, and only has 1 subunit left):

Maybe the bug is cause by both unit being named 2nd light Infantry Brigade? The OHQ had been reformed once, then a second light infantry brigade had been formed, but for some reason, both share now the same name.

Status: offline 		I replayed the turn, this time transfering several subunits to the HQ to prevent its disappearance, and it worked (in keeping it from disappearing).
I'll try to rename the HQ to see whether it allows me to reform it.
Edit: Nope, renaming the unit didn't allow me to reform the HQ 2 turns later.

Could it be because this one had been destroyed once, before the patch (that allowed the OHQ commander to escape when his OHQ unit was destroyed)?

Status: offline 		It seems to be unrelated to the commander surviving thing. Could you send a savegame just before and just after disspearance to vic@vrdesigns.net?
