Vichy France has just been declared and Senegal is Vichy-controlled. During the reinforcement step right after declaring Vichy, the Dakar milicia arrives as reinforcement... But it is a Free French unit (see attached image).

actually the milicia is correctly Vichy-controlled. The only bug is the wrong color.

Getting all the colors correct is non-trivial.

I have been letting this one slide (i.e., I am ignoring this cosmetic problem).
